Falsos amigos ~ False Cognates
Words that look alike in Spanish and English may have very different meanings. Learn five new false cognates: delito/delight, desgracia/disgrace, fábrica/fabric, real, and realizar/realize.

Los tiempos pasados
Tengo un pequeño problema con los tiempos pasados y me gustaría que alguien me explicara cual es la diferencia entre:
"Llovía" - "Estaba lloviendo" - "Estuvo lloviendo" 
Sé que todas estas frases significan que la acción tenía lugar en el pasado pero no entiendo bien la diferencia entre el uso estaba y estuvo. ¿Puedes ayudarme?
