New Features
Pluperfect Subjunctive
The pluperfect tense of the subjunctive mood is used to express the same
subjectivity as the present subjunctive, but,
like the pluperfect indicative, at a point before
another action in the past.

Spanish Software
There's a new addition on my Spanish software page: the Spanish Vocabulary
Quizzer.This free
sofware can help you memorize Spanish vocabulary and regular verb conjugations.
It includes both flash cards and audio. The sound files may seem familiar, since
they were culled from my vocabulary lessons. :-)

Independent Study Spanish - Any Tips?
I am studying Spanish without formal schooling. My Husband is from Mexico, and my in-laws don't speak any English. I have learned many words in the past 2 years, but still having trouble putting everything together to make complete sentences. Just wondering if anyone has any tips on what things to study first? Any good Spanish books, tapes to recommend?
