New Lesson
Diminutives
In Spanish, suffixes called diminutives can be added to nouns, adjectives,
adverbs, and names to indicate smallness, as well as other ideas such as
affection, humor, pity, irony, or ridicule. In this way, you can say that
something is small without adding an adjectives like pequeño to indicate
smallness or querido to indicate affection, etc.

Advanced Self-Study Spanish
I've been going through the Pimsleur series and will soon complete the 3rd set
of the Comprehensive CDs. I'd really like to become fluent in Spanish (someday)
and have a few questions: Where do I go from here? I've heard that Pimsleurs 4th
offering isn't very good, so I'm thinking about not spending the money on these.
These CDs have helped me out immensely. Is there something similar to these CDs
to take me to the next level? Are there recommended books that are really good
for self-study?
