From
the Forum Telling Time
I have a question about telling time in Spanish. In the United states we can say
it is eight forty-five or we can say it is quarter to nine. Using Sspanish would
one say "son las ocho cuarenta y cinco" or "son las nueve menos
cuarto" or perhaps can say it either way ?
