Is immersion the best way to learn?
Most linguists and language teachers agree that immersion is the
single best way to learn a foreign language. However, I believe that this is
true only once the student has obtained a firm grounding in the language - say,
once s/he is close to intermediate level. Why do I think this? What do you think
